HelloProfile is a digital service only. No physical items are shipped.

1. Digital delivery

Once payment is successful, your mini-website is activated on your chosen subdomain (yourname.helloprofile.in) and remains live for the plan duration (1 year).

2. Delivery time

• Trial site: instantly live for up to 12 hours after you click Publish.
• Paid activation: usually live within a few minutes after payment confirmation. In case of any delay, we activate manually within 24 hours.

3. No physical shipping

We do not ship physical goods. There are no shipping charges.
